UptoSign

A UptoSign account is required. This module is the connector between Dolibarr and the UptoSign signature service: to sign or seal a document, you MUST have an account opened on uptosign.com, separate from the purchase of the module. A free demonstration server lets you try everything before subscribing.

Overview

Print, send, wait, chase, scan, file: a handwritten signature takes days and gets lost in emails. UptoSign replaces this entire process with a button on the document card. Your customer signs from their phone in two minutes, and the signed document automatically returns to Dolibarr, along with its proof file.

The service relies on a cloud hosted in France and produces signatures compliant with the European eIDAS regulation (reinforced simple signature).

How it works

1. From the Electronic signature tab of the document, you place the seal and the signature area for each signatory on the PDF.
2. Your customer receives a link by email, confirms their identity with an SMS code and signs, without needing an account or software to install.
3. The signed document and its proof file are stored with the original document, the document status is updated and the calendar keeps track of each step.

Your customer is in front of you? Local signature starts the process on site, without sending a link. Are they late to sign? One click reminds them, or the module automatically reminds them every 2, 3 or 7 days.

A contract to initial page by page is signed in one go: the signature is applied to each chosen location, and a signature page can be added at the end of the document when space is lacking.

• eIDAS-compliant, with double signatory authentication by SMS
• Proof file downloaded with each signed document
• Sealing and timestamping of an invoice or any PDF, without a signatory; each sealed version is kept when the document is regenerated
• Public verification: your correspondents can check themselves that a document has not been altered
• Your choice, document by document: Dolibarr native signature for an internal agreement, UptoSign signature when it needs to be enforceable

What you can sign

Commercial proposals, sales orders and vendor orders, vendor proposals, invoices, contracts, intervention cards, shipments, projects, third parties and users. And any PDF attached to a third party: confidentiality agreement, lease, internal regulations, employment contract.

Bulk signing and automation

• Have the same document signed by dozens of people, each on their own copy, with tracking per recipient.
• Recipients chosen from your contacts, users, members, participants in an event, or by advanced selection of third parties.
• Invoice created when a quote is signed, invoices sealed and sent, orders closed upon their signature.

Designed for businesses

• Controlled cost: initiating a signature, which is billed, is a separate permission, and the same signature cannot be sent twice.
• Security: actions protected against malicious links, account key sent only to a server with a verified certificate, signatory data kept out of logs.
• Multi-company: each company has its own UptoSign account.
• Eleven languages, and MySQL, MariaDB or PostgreSQL databases.
• Open: other modules rely on UptoSign to have their documents signed, such as SEPA mandates or the single document.
