CapCRM brings together on a single page everything Dolibarr knows about a third party: contacts, commercial proposals, orders, invoices, contracts, tickets, exchange history, prospecting campaigns. A transient database failure during token renewal no longer disconnects mobile applications. Module activation stops if one of its tables could not be created, and all of its indexes are now created under PostgreSQL.

A full audit of the module was followed by a series of fixes: administration pages partitioned by permission and by entity, CSRF and XSS protection, visibility rules applied to synchronisation, stronger session revocation. Password reset now also keeps a member's two identities in step.

FxPreFlight analyses are now restricted to authorised users, and bank details to those who have access to banks. This version adds a guide to invoice numbering, backed by the official texts, and brings together 1.2.56 and 1.2.58, which had not been released.

Security update recommended for all installations. This version also fixes a VAT breakdown error on fuel fill-ups for utility vehicles: the amount reimbursed to the employee was correct, the deductible VAT was not. A correction tool is provided, and an action is required after the update. The interface is now available in English, Spanish, German and Italian.

This release fixes several access controls, including reading an import belonging to another entity and accessing the PDF of a received invoice through a public sharing link. It also fixes four causes of rejection for your invoices: the repeated VAT exemption reason, French mentions imposed on a foreign seller, the invoicing currency and the line unit.

A release devoted to the security and robustness of the conversion: validation of the remote server's response, https-only calls, cleaned-up configuration page, and minimum requirements aligned with Dolibarr 14 and PHP 7.4.

Recommended security update. Access to expense reports, their receipts and DoliSCAN accounts is restricted to the employee concerned and to explicitly authorised persons. This version also makes expense report validation and separation between companies (multicompany) more reliable. An action is required right after the update.

The app no longer forces the phone's dark theme and input fields are readable again. A setting now lets you choose light, dark or automatic.

Several lines of the return came out at zero without any message, and invoices paid in instalments had their base counted as many times. This version recalculates from the invoices, completes the CA3 grid and makes it possible to archive what has been declared.

On Dolibarr >= 23, the VAT exemption code and the customer's PDP identifier had disappeared from the records, with no error message. This version restores them and fixes three other regressions.

An application already installed on the home screen no longer asks to be installed again, and SmartAuth now knows which of a user's devices have actually installed it. The route cache stops warning wrongly, and the announced baseline moves to Dolibarr 18 / PHP 7.4.

A security and reliability release. Multi-entity isolation is now enforced by the module itself, the rights matrix is checked everywhere, and state-changing actions require a token. Accented subjects are no longer stripped, IMAP folders resolve on servers using a dot separator, STARTTLS is offered for per-mailbox SMTP and the connection test really authenticates.

A major rework. A three-column interface becomes the default view, the module handles several IMAP mailboxes with a per-user rights matrix, IMAP folders give way to tags, and flags are synchronised both ways with the server. Detection and extraction templates turn a website form into a thirdparty, a contact or a project.

Presented in its current version, 1.0.0. The technician marks a ticket as eligible; when it is closed, an email is sent to the customer inviting them to support the team that resolved their issue, with a link to the donation page. Message templates are provided in eight languages and can be customized; emails can be sent manually from the ticket details page. Dolibarr 11 and later.

The online shop connected to Dolibarr complies with the European withdrawal right, gains speed thanks to a data cache, adds web pages, a FAQ, a newsletter and a customer gallery, modernises its ticket emails and supports Dolibarr 23.

Presented in its current version, 1.0.15. Sales representatives prepare their quotes on-site using an installable application, featuring an embedded catalog that can be viewed offline, annotated photos where the markers become lines in the quote, a PDF generated on the spot, and the customer’s on-screen signature. Synchronization with Dolibarr occurs once the network connection is restored. Dolibarr 18 and later.

Currently available in version 1.0.0, Dolibarr supports clients and vendors, but not subsidiaries, partners, or consultants. The module adds a “Relationships” tab to the third-party record, a dictionary of more than fifty types of relationships with their reverse labels, and an interactive network map that can be filtered by type and displayed in full-screen mode.
