The module sends the amount due to the counter payment terminal from a Dolibarr invoice or from the cash register, eliminating the need to enter the amount on the terminal’s keyboard. Up to three terminals, each associated with a cash register via its number. The connection is established through a software agent on the workstation, while the terminal remains on the local network. The PDF of a supplier invoice is uploaded to Dolibarr; if it contains Factur-X metadata, that data is read; otherwise, optical character recognition is performed on a remote server, and the supplier invoice is created without manual data entry—the supplier is also added if it is missing. The module inserts structured metadata in the Factur-X format—compliant with the EN 16931 profile of the European standard—into the PDF of each customer invoice. The invoice becomes a hybrid document—readable by humans and processable by the recipient’s accounting system—without requiring any manual intervention or configuration. The Kimsufi module connects Dolibarr to the KIMSUFI/OVH programming interface. It imports hosting invoices as vendor invoices, including the PDF as an attachment and payment information when the payment has already been received, and provides a status report from the ERP on dedicated servers, public cloud instances, and support tickets.
