Imports received PDF documents into Dolibarr: supplier invoices and orders, delivery notes, bank statements, payslips, or simply attaching a document to an existing object.

ScanPdf reads a PDF that has been uploaded or scanned, extracts its data - amounts, dates, references, detail lines - and creates the corresponding Dolibarr object according to the document type: supplier invoice or order, delivery note, transactions from a bank statement, salary from a payslip, or an attachment linked to an existing object. The issuer is recognised by keywords, the extraction schemes are refined with each successful import, and a template library covers common issuers. The import interface is a web application usable on desktop as well as on mobile.

ScanPdf 2.0: Document Import Now Includes Bank Statements and Pay Stubs

Major release published on March 23, 2026. Importing is no longer limited to supplier invoices: orders, delivery slips, bank statements, pay stubs, and supporting documents all follow the same process. The issuer is identified by keywords, the extraction rules are refined with each successful import, and the import interface becomes a web application that can be used both on a desktop and on a mobile device.
