Exchange invoices in UBL format over the European Peppol network: sending customer invoices, receiving supplier invoices, tracking the status of each document.

The Peppol module connects Dolibarr to the European business document exchange network of the same name, following the Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 standard. It generates the UBL XML of customer invoices and sends it to the access point, retrieves received supplier invoices, and tracks the status of each document from a tab on the invoice. It also provides lookup of third parties' Peppol identifiers in the directory, the dictionary of VAT exemption codes, data validation before sending, and sending by batch or by scheduled job. Several access point providers are supported.

Peppol: The UBL file for the Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 standard generated from the Dolibarr invoice

First public release on February 21, 2022, as version 1.0.1. When generating a PDF of a customer invoice, the module produces an UBL XML file that complies with the Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 standard—the format required by recipients connected to the European network. The official lists of participant identifiers and VAT exemption codes are provided with the module. A batch action processes multiple invoices. Dolibarr 10 and later.
