The Need

A sales representative who visits a client returns with notes, photos, and a rough estimate. The quote is prepared the next day at the office, sent the day after that, and by then the momentum from the visit has faded.

In the field, with or without a network

The app installs on your phone or tablet and works offline. The catalog is built-in: products with their prices, photos, and technical documents; customer profiles with phone numbers, email addresses, and directions. A touchscreen grid organized by category lets you place orders quickly.

The photo layout is worth noting: product, service, or price markers are placed on the photo of the construction site, and these markers become the lines of the quote. The quote is built based on what is shown in the photo.

Wrap up the tour

A PDF is generated on the spot, emailed to the client, and signed on screen. Standard quote templates eliminate the need to start from scratch with every visit.

Returning to the Office

As soon as the network connection is restored, the quotes are uploaded to Dolibarr and converted into sales proposals. The module flags any conflicts: a price that has changed, or a product removed from the catalog between the visit and the synchronization.
