CapDecisions: preferential voting, anonymous voting, and results displayed after closure
Preferential voting
A proposal of the "Preferential vote" type receives its options upon creation. Each member ranks each option, either from the card or from the public voting page, and the card displays the result in real time according to the Borda method: the points for each option, then the winner or the tie at the top.
Anonymous voting
Once anonymous voting is enabled in the setup, each proposal can become anonymous. No one then sees who voted for what: only the choices and their justifications remain visible.
Results of a closed vote
Upon closure, the result is recorded, and the card displays the details of the votes: for, against, abstentions, and objections. In the advice process, these opinions are presented as consultative: the decision rests with the proposal holder.

Truly accessible private groups
Private groups appear in the list for everyone and can be joined upon request, approved by a group administrator. An invited person accepts from the group card, including for a closed group, and deleting a group removes all its content.
More safeguards
A closed discussion no longer accepts proposals, an open proposal can no longer be modified, a poll requires at least two options, and observers remain read-only. The dashboard shows the number of discussions for each group and places pinned discussions at the top.
Fully automated test suite
The module's 62 test scenarios are verified by automated tests, including two complete browser-based workflows. The report is public: tests.cap-rel.fr/projects/32/quality
Installation and compatibility
Dolibarr 18 to 24, PHP 7.4 or later. After replacing the files, deactivate then reactivate the module: activation completes the database without data loss.
