Module Rentals: Monthly Reports to Publishers of Rented Modules

Who It's For

To the hosting provider or reseller that operates, on behalf of its customers, modules that it did not develop and whose use must be reported periodically.

Publishers

Each publisher is registered with its name, the address to which information should be sent, and the corresponding access key, and is then enabled or disabled. The list is maintained on a dedicated page within the module.

The Monthly Update

As users navigate the site, the module automatically checks whether thirty days have passed since the last submission and triggers the report if necessary. A lock prevents two submissions from occurring simultaneously, and the date of the last report is recorded. The submission log can be viewed from within the module.

The reseller is identified by a unique number and the address of the department to which it is assigned.

Access

The module's pages are protected by their own password, separate from the Dolibarr session: the analysis of this feedback is not entrusted to the same people who handle day-to-day management.

Prerequisites

Dolibarr 11 or later.

The module is released under the AGPL v3 license, not under the GPL v3 like the other modules from this publisher.
