OnePageBasket 1.4.6: withdrawal right, data cache, web pages and Dolibarr 23

Version 1.4.6, published on the DoliStore on 30 April 2026.

OnePageBasket turns Dolibarr into an online shop: a storefront connected directly to your catalogue, with basket, online payment and customer portal, with no double entry. Version 1.4.6 is the richest released to date.

Withdrawal right, no tinkering

The shop now applies the European Directive 2011/83/EU:

• The legal notice and the withdrawal period waiver checkbox appear on the basket and on contract forms;
• For a service, the customer can tick "activate now" and benefit immediately, explicitly waiving the withdrawal period;
• If they have not done so, a withdrawal form awaits them in their customer area for the entire legal period.

A faster shop

A data cache significantly reduces database queries on the public storefront. It selects the best available method on your hosting (APCu, memcached or files), clears itself when you modify a product, a category or a contract in Dolibarr, and is configured from the Advanced tab, where you also monitor its efficiency. A scheduled task cleans it every six hours.

Content to sell better

• Web pages: a visual editor for your "About", T&Cs or delivery pages, in multiple languages, with SEO managed for you (canonical tags, hreflang, Open Graph, sitemap).
• Contact form: to insert in any page with [contactform], protected against spam.
• FAQ: accordion-style questions/answers, with structured data that Google displays in its results.
• Trust badges: secure payment, fast delivery, guarantees... in your colours.
• Newsletter: sign-up from the shop and secure unsubscribe.
• Customer photo gallery: your customers share their photos, you approve before publication.
• Contracts by category: each contract template can be linked to the product categories it applies to.

Neater tickets and emails

• Dolibarr ticket emails can be replaced with modern emails: logo, your brand colour, tracking button and signature.
• The customer is notified when a ticket is created, with each reply and when it is closed.
• The ticket card displays the public tracking link, copyable in one click.
• Screenshots can be pasted directly (Ctrl+V) into a ticket, and attached images display as thumbnails.
• All emails respect the blind copy setting configured in Dolibarr.

Fewer lost payments

When an online payment fails, the customer can receive a friendly email inviting them to try again, with the direct link to the payment page. You are notified at the same time, and only one reminder is sent per order, even after multiple attempts.

Clearer administration

The setup is organised into thematic tabs: Settings, Appearance, Catalogue, Sales, Delivery, Customer Portal, Content, Web Pages, Gallery, Services, Tickets and Advanced. Each setting is where you would look for it.

More secure, more robust

• Enhanced access controls on all public pages.
• Order, commercial proposal and contact buttons only submit once, even on a slow connection: no more duplicate orders.
• Icons are served by the module itself, with no call to an external service.
• Module messages are prefixed OPB in the Dolibarr log, for faster diagnosis.
• Fixes: VAT on contract lines and recurring invoices, transition from contract to recurring invoice, 500 errors on some pages, line breaks in ticket emails.

Compatibility and update

OnePageBasket 1.4.6 works with Dolibarr 18 to 23. After updating the files, disable then re-enable the module to apply database changes, and clear the data cache if you were using it.
