OfflinePropale 1.0.17: annotated photo survey and offline catalogue
OfflinePropale lets field sales staff write their offers at the customer's premises, on a phone or tablet, even without a network, then turn them into Dolibarr quotations. Version 1.0.17 brings together everything that has changed since 1.0.12.
What this release brings
Annotated photo survey. The salesperson photographs the site from the offer and places markers on the image: an item, a service, a note or a sub-photo. The items and services placed become the lines of the offer, with quantity and discount. In Dolibarr, the offer record displays the photos and their markers, and price conflict detection takes them into account.
Catalogue and customers available offline. Each item has its record (price, photos, technical documents), each customer has theirs (address details, contacts, call, route), including without a network. Quick creation browses the families and their subcategories.
A synchronised offer remains editable until it is turned into a quotation.
Access control
An offer's record and its photos are accessible only to their author or to whoever has the right to see everything, the actual type of each uploaded file is checked, and the texts entered in the application are escaped when displayed in the back office.
Fixes
Several synchronisation faults caused empty screens to appear: blank page at startup, "not found" records, empty category grids, prices and VAT read as zero, records ignored beyond the first 1000. All are fixed.
Update
Deploy the archive, then disable and re-enable the module to create the new columns and indexes. The details are on the page What's new in version 1.0.17.
