The Mollie module was released on October 10, 2025, as version 1.0.1.

Payment

A card payment button is added to the order or invoice, and a public payment page can be opened for cases where the customer does not have access to the ERP. The customer is redirected to the platform's website, makes the payment, and returns.

Three options cover common scenarios: full payment, a down payment expressed as a percentage of the total amount, and partial payment when permitted.

What Happens When You Return

If the response is positive, the invoice can be automatically marked as paid. The module can go a step further and close the order, create the invoice, approve it, and record its payment. These actions are performed under the identity of a Dolibarr user designated in the configuration, who must have the appropriate permissions—the configuration explicitly states this.

The Reconciliation

Two bank accounts are listed: the one where incoming payments are recorded, and the main account into which the platform transfers funds. The two sets of transactions are distinct, and tracking them separately avoids a tedious reconciliation process.

Testing and Production

The configuration includes a test key, a production key, a profile ID, and a checkbox for switching to production. As long as this checkbox is not checked, nothing is actually charged.

Prerequisites

Dolibarr 15 or later, PHP 7.4 or later, and a Mollie account with its access keys. Mollie is a trademark of its owner; the module is a client of Mollie.

The module is released under the GPL v3.
