SmartInterventions 2.0.86: tighter access to interventions and signatory identity

SmartInterventions gives field technicians an application on their phone, linked to Dolibarr intervention records: report, photos, parts used and dual signature are entered on site, even without a network.

What this release brings

Tighter access. A customer's history, their photo album and file downloads now apply the same rule as opening an intervention: a technician sees the interventions they authored or are assigned to, and those still without an assignee if they can modify them. The lists of equipment, certifications and sites stay within the user's entities, the cost or warehouse of a part can no longer be imposed from the mobile application, and the layout editor is reserved for administrators.

The signatory's identity. With each signature, technician or customer, the module keeps the name entered by the signatory and the phone's position. The PDF report prints this name under each signature.

Reliable documents. A report in Letter format came out in A4 format, and an ODT template without a line block made generation fail on Dolibarr 19 and later: both are fixed. The administration pages are fully translated.
