FXPreFlight: Identify What's Missing Before Switching to Electronic Invoicing

FXPreFlight has been available since November 13, 2025, in version 1.0.2.

The Need

The transition to electronic invoicing rarely fails for technical reasons—it fails because of data issues. A customer without a VAT number, an incomplete address, or a missing email address—and the invoice is rejected by the recipient or never reaches them.

Three Checks

Technical Requirements: Dolibarr version—the module requires at least version 18.0—PHP version, and installed extensions, each with its status.

The quality of the customer base: the number and percentage of customers who have a VAT number, a complete address, and an email address.

Invoices from the past twelve months: How many include the customer's VAT number? How many include complete customer information?

The Result

An assessment of readiness for electronic invoicing, along with recommendations identifying what is missing: complete VAT numbers and addresses. The module does not correct anything on its own; it shows where to focus your efforts—and a link leads to the correction screen.

Prerequisites

Dolibarr 11 or later to install the module; PHP 7.0 or later. The diagnostic tool, however, targets version 18.0.
