Facturx 1.6.150: electronic invoicing fields are back for Dolibarr 23 and later

Fields that became invisible on Dolibarr 23

Dolibarr 23 tightened the way it evaluates the display conditions of extra fields. The conditions Facturx had been saving until now were no longer accepted, and Dolibarr then hid the field.

Two fields disappeared this way, without any message:

• the VAT exemption code (BT-121) on invoices and recurring invoice templates;
• the customer's PDP / Peppol identifier on the third party record.

These two fields are rewritten in a form that Dolibarr 23 accepts. The fix is applied to existing installations when the module is reactivated: you must therefore disable and then re-enable Facturx after the update so that the fields already created are taken over.

Two fields tied to the wrong setting

The delivery location identifier on contacts and the summary group on products were mistakenly following the "disable Chorus fields" setting. Ticking this setting made them disappear even though they have nothing to do with Chorus Pro. They now depend on the activation of the module alone, and the installations concerned are repaired automatically.

Peppol identifier lookup in a subdirectory

The Peppol identifier lookup button, on the third party record, opened an empty window when Dolibarr is not installed at the root of the site but in a subdirectory. The address called carried the site prefix twice. Fixed.

The payer third party did not list customers only

In the EXTENDED profile, the payer third party drop-down list offered all third parties instead of customers and prospects only. The filter was written in a form that Dolibarr silently rejected.

Cleaner log

The supplier invoice import menu entry is no longer declared when the Suppliers module is disabled. It was discarded by Dolibarr anyway, but every page of the Billing section left a trace of it in the log.

Update

Deploy the module as usual, then disable and re-enable Facturx: it is this action that applies the fixes to the fields already present in your database.

This version also raises the announced baseline to Dolibarr 18.0 and PHP 7.4, which are the versions the module is actually built and tested on.
