Kimsufi: Invoices and OVH Hosting Servers in Dolibarr

Projeto : kimsufi Editor : CAP-REL Data : Dolibarr 3 e superior

estável anunciada há 7 anos compatibilidade declarada em English

This announcement describes the current version of the Kimsufi module, 1.0.2. The module was submitted in December 2018; since no initial release date is listed in its history, the announcement does not provide one.

The Need

A company that hosts its infrastructure with KIMSUFI, OVH, or So You Start receives monthly invoices that must be entered into its accounting system and also monitors server expiration dates through an interface separate from its ERP system.

Hosting Bills

The module queries the vendor's programming interface and displays the invoices for the requested period—six months by default. For each invoice, it shows the reference number, date, amounts, payment status with the vendor, and whether it has already been imported into Dolibarr.

During import, each selected invoice becomes a vendor invoice with its detailed line items—description, period, category, amount, and sales tax. The original PDF is downloaded and attached to the record. For an invoice already paid to the supplier, the payment is recorded in Dolibarr, along with the corresponding payment method and the default bank account. When the Projects module is active, the entire import can be linked to a project.

Servers and Instances

A dedicated server's profile includes its name and reverse name, data center, rack location, operating system, IP addresses, boot configuration, network specifications, and bandwidth statistics. The expiration date is indicated by a colored dot depending on whether it is less than fifteen days away, less than thirty days away, or later, and the automatic renewal status is noted.

Public cloud providers are listed along with their features, and a snapshot can be created directly from Dolibarr.

Support Tickets

Open tickets with the supplier can be viewed along with their complete message history without leaving the ERP system.

Admission and Prerequisites

Connection to the programming interface is established via a token, with key management handled through the module's configuration. Two distinct permissions govern access: importing invoices on one hand, and server administration on the other.

Dolibarr 3.8 or later, PHP 5.4 or later, and a KIMSUFI, OVH, or So You Start account with access to the API.

KIMSUFI, OVH, and So You Start are trademarks of their respective owners; the module is a client of their public interface and is not affiliated with them.

The module is released under the GPL v3.
