Peppol: The UBL file for the Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 standard generated from the Dolibarr invoice

The Peppol module was released on February 21, 2022, as version 1.0.1. A limited release had taken place on February 8, and the first public version was released on February 15.

What's New in This Version

When generating a PDF of a customer invoice, the module produces the corresponding electronic document in UBL format, which complies with the Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 standard—the standard required by recipients connected to the European business document exchange network.

This project focuses on the document: the module generates it from the Dolibarr invoice, including the buyer's full identification information, addresses, and login credentials, as well as a link to the invoice PDF.

The Official Lists

The network code lists are provided with the module: the participant identifier schemes and the VAT exemption codes from the European directive. These lists determine whether a third-party identifier is valid and under which scheme it is reported.

Per batch

A bulk action is added to the invoice lists to process a selection in a single step rather than one invoice at a time.

Dolibarr 10 or later, PHP 7.1 or later.
