TipsForTickets: Suggest a voluntary contribution when closing a ticket

Projekt : TipsForTickets Wydawca : CAP-REL Data :

stabilna ogłoszona 5 miesięcy temu zadeklarowana zgodność w English

This announcement describes TipsForTickets in its current version, 1.0.0. The repository does not include a specific release date, so the announcement does not provide one.

The Principle

A lot of support is provided free of charge, especially for open-source software. The module lets the customer decide: when a ticket is closed, the customer receives a message thanking them and inviting them to contribute, with no obligation.

Three Steps

The technician checks the eligibility box on the ticket and can enter the time spent there. When the ticket is closed, a trigger detects the event. An email is then sent to the customer, including a link to the donation page.

A button on the ticket details page also allows you to submit or resubmit the request at any time.

Messages

Templates are provided in eight languages—French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, and Polish—and can be edited from the standard Dolibarr email template screen. Placeholder variables insert the ticket ID, the client’s name, the donation page URL, the number of replies exchanged, and the time spent.

What the module adds to the ticket

Three complementary fields: the eligibility checkbox, the date the request was submitted, and the time spent.

Prerequisites

Dolibarr 11 or later, PHP 7.0 or later, and the Tickets module enabled.

The module is released under the GPL v3.
